Judith is a highly experienced healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in the sector, having worked in all aspects of care. She began her career in social care as a care worker and has since worked her way up to a management role, gaining valuable insights and skills along the way. Judith's extensive experience includes working in all aspects of care, from providing direct support to managing services and handling complex situations.
In addition to her hands-on experience, Judith holds a BA in Business Management and an MSc in Healthcare Management. She is well qualified with SCQF Level 9 in social services and healthcare and SCQF Level 10 Leadership and Management, further demonstrating her expertise and knowledge in the healthcare sector.
As the person responsible for the overall management of our service users, Judith goes above and beyond to ensure that services are delivered in a compassionate and person-centred approach. She recognises that every service user has unique needs and preferences, and ensures their care plan are up to date to ensure that services are delivered in a way that meets their specific requirements. She actively engages with service users to understand their needs and requirements are agreed on and make changes if required. She believes in treating everyone with respect and dignity. As part of her role, Judith provides leadership and guidance to the dedicated team and ensures that Juniva Homecare Services meets organisational priorities and adhere to the Care Inspectorate Standards.

We are committed to supporting our team and providing them with the necessary training and opportunities to improve their skills and knowledge. We encourage them to pursue vocational qualification – SCQF level 6/7 in social services and healthcare, and we provide them with regular supervision and appraisals to ensure they are working towards their personal goals and objectives.

We take great pride in the exceptional training program we offer our support workers. We run a full training, 5-day programme that covers mandatory training required to perform their role effectively and professionally.

Juniva Homecare Services provides care at home in the community to older people and vulnerable adults who require assistance due to age, illnesses, mental health conditions and physical disability.
